The success of IDI starts with the leadership and development of the mentality that we work for our customers — they come first and we succeed when they succeed. We take particular pride in helping smaller, independent contractors grow and thrive, but no matter how big their business is, we know the key is understanding insulation contractors’ short- and long-term needs.

From our drivers, warehouse leads and sales professionals at the local level, to everyone at our corporate office, IDI knows what it looks like to put customers first. It takes all of us to ensure that we have on-time deliveries, transparent and open communication, strategic conversations about helping customers achieve their goals and top-tier training and support to ensure they get there.

Training and support are strong values that we take pride in putting front and center for our customers and IDI employees. In fact, we just released our 2025 training schedule and are looking forward to seeing old and new faces in the new year! Trainings are a great way for IDI representatives to meet new customers and show them everything we have to offer, as well as get together with current customers to catch up over a break or lunch.

Whether our customers have been with us for 20 years, since back when there were just four locations, or have joined us as we’ve expanded nationwide, we’ve always been committed to bringing them the best resources and industry-leading products and technology to take their work to an even higher level.
